Excavation Stabilization of Mojdeh Niavaran Project

ABGEER Services: The Mojdeh Residential-Commercial Complex is situated in northern Tehran, specifically in Niavaran. The excavation depths reach -28.5 m in the north and -30.5 m in the south. Comprehensive geotechnical studies, overseen by ABGEER, were conducted at five levels using a 15-meter deep borehole and a gallery. To ensure stability during excavation and to protect nearby structures, a combination of nailing, anchoring, and soldier pile methods was implemented.
