ABGEER Services: These studies aim to create a territorial development plan for the examined basin, guided by water resource and land use planning principles. The study focuses on factors such as spatial justice, hydro politics, geopolitics, geo-culture, ecocultural, and environmental security. The goal is to optimize water use within the basin while reducing water transmission to neighboring basins.
